上海嘉定氢能港（前身为上海氢能及燃料电池产业园）是中国首个氢能产业园区，成立于2018年，总规划面积2.16平方公里。园区为上海市级特色园区，先后获评“国家减污降碳协同试点示范单位”、“上海市碳达峰碳中和试点示范单位”、“上海市零碳园区创建单位”、“上海市绿色工业园区”等多项重要资质，系绿色能源国际组织认定的精英会员单位及国家发改委下属的中国产业发展促进会储能分会认定的会员单位。

Shanghai Jiading Hydrogen Park, formerly the Shanghai Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industrial Park, was established in 2018 as China's first hydrogen energy industrial park, with a total planned area of 2.16 square kilometers. Designated by the Shanghai municipal government as a specialized industrial park, it has received a number of major credentials: National Pilot Demonstration Unit for the Coordinated Reduction of Pollution and Carbon Emissions, Shanghai Pilot Demonstration Unit for Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality, Shanghai Zero-Carbon Park Development Unit, and Shanghai Green Industrial Park. It is also an Elite Member of the Green Energy International Organization (GEIO) and a member of the Energy Storage Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development, an association affiliated with China's National Development and Reform Commission.

园区紧扣“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标，聚焦技术创新、产业集聚、场景示范打造核心竞争力，集聚捷氢科技、丰田汽车、长城汽车氢能、佛吉亚氢能、舍弗勒氢能、庄信万丰、彼欧新能源等50余个优质氢能产业项目，总投资额超百亿元，构建起涵盖关键材料、核心零部件、系统集成、基础设施服务的全链条产业集群，在“氢储”、“氢车”两端发力，形成氢能制备、储存、加注、交通及绿电应用完整产业生态。

Firmly aligned with China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the park builds its core competitiveness around technological innovation, industry clustering and demonstration applications. It has attracted more than 50 high-quality hydrogen industry projects with total investment exceeding RMB 10 billion, among them SHPT (Shanghai Hydrogen Propulsion Technology), Toyota, Great Wall Motor's hydrogen business, FORVIA Hydrogen (formerly Faurecia), Schaeffler Hydrogen, Johnson Matthey and OPmobility New Energies (formerly Plastic Omnium). Together they form an industrial cluster spanning the entire value chain, from key materials and core components to system integration and infrastructure services. With a dual focus on hydrogen energy storage and hydrogen mobility, the park has developed a comprehensive ecosystem covering hydrogen production, storage, refueling, transport applications and renewable electricity use.

在氢车端，嘉定氢能港作为上海燃料电池汽车示范城市群核心承载区，累计推广氢燃料电池汽车超3450辆，占全市78.4%，安全运营里程突破5840万公里，配套建成7座加氢站，为氢能交通规模化落地筑牢实践基础。

In hydrogen mobility, Jiading Hydrogen Park serves as a core area of Shanghai fuel cell vehicle demonstration city cluster. It has supported the deployment of more than 3,450 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, accounting for 78.4% of Shanghai's total. These vehicles have collectively logged over 58.4 million kilometers of safe operation. Seven hydrogen refueling stations have also been built, providing the operational foundation for hydrogen transport deployment at scale.

在氢储能端，嘉定氢能港围绕新型电力系统建设，落地国内首个零碳氢储源网荷储一体化示范项目，项目集成光伏、PEM/ALK电解槽制氢、储氢、燃料电池发电、热电联供多类模块，把波动性风光资源转化为稳定供给的绿氢、绿电、纯氧与热能，年制氢22万标方，年减碳约1400吨。示范项目自建成以来获得多项行业认可：荣获2025上海气候周“气候灯塔”优秀创新案例奖、中国能源发展与创新大会“‘十四五’能源数智化转型创新案例”奖，并入选联合国气候变化大会（COP30）中能源基金会发布的《长三角企业绿色低碳创新案例集》。2025年11月27日，项目获央视新闻频道（CCTV-13）《新闻直播间》4分15秒专题报道，被定名为国内首个“零碳电力银行”。

In hydrogen energy storage, Jiading Hydrogen Park supports the development of a new-type power system through China's first zero-carbon hydrogen energy storage demonstration project integrating power generation, the grid, electricity demand and energy storage. The project combines photovoltaic generation, hydrogen production using proton exchange membrane (PEM) and alkaline (ALK) electrolyzers, hydrogen storage, fuel cell power generation, and combined heat and power. It converts variable, intermittent wind and solar energy into a reliable supply of green hydrogen, renewable electricity, pure oxygen and heat, producing 220,000 standard cubic meters of hydrogen and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 1,400 metric tons annually. Since its completion, the project has received multiple industry recognitions: an Outstanding Innovation Case award under the Climate Lighthouse initiative at Shanghai Climate Week 2025; an award for an Innovative Case in the Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Energy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period at the China Energy Development and Innovation Conference; and inclusion in the Compendium of Green and Low-Carbon Innovation Cases of Yangtze River Delta Enterprises, released by Energy Foundation China at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30). On November 27, 2025, China Central Television's news channel (CCTV-13) featured the project in a four-minute, 15-second report on its live news program, describing it as China's first "zero-carbon power bank."

依托本项目完整的工程验证与实际运行数据，园区沉淀形成一套可测量、可复制、可商业闭环的源网荷储协同解决方案，并以此为基础构建起涵盖规划咨询、方案设计、装备协同、系统集成、项目运营管理的全链条服务能力，可面向各类零碳载体、风光资源富集区域输出定制化氢储能及综合能源系统方案。

Drawing on comprehensive engineering validation and actual operating data from this project, the park has developed a measurable, replicable, commercially viable solution for coordinating power generation, the grid, electricity demand and energy storage. On this basis it has built end-to-end service capabilities spanning from planning and consulting, solution design through equipment coordination, system integration to project operations and management. The park can deliver customized hydrogen energy storage and integrated energy system solutions for a wide range of sites pursuing zero-carbon operations and for regions with abundant wind and solar resources.

嘉定氢能港立足氢燃料电池汽车运营积淀与氢储能工程实践，正致力于将自身定位从园区运营主体升级为绿色能源（氢电）综合方案解决商，推动业务由氢能装备应用向氢电综合能源场景延伸，探索商业化落地路径。嘉定氢能港期待携手全球合作伙伴，共同推动氢能技术迭代升级，合力挖掘氢能多场景应用的全新市场机遇。

Building on its experience in hydrogen fuel cell vehicle operations and hydrogen energy storage engineering, Jiading Hydrogen Park is repositioning itself from an industrial park operator into an integrated green energy (hydrogen and electricity) solutions provider. The park is expanding its business from hydrogen equipment applications into integrated hydrogen-electricity systems across a wider range of use cases, while exploring pathways to commercial deployment.
